Overview
The department of electrical engineering, CGU, focuses on cultivating electrical /information specialized disciplines with academic/practical research, development capabilities, and has abundant research resources, equipment and teachers. Our department offers one of the nation’s most comprehensive educational and research programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. We are also long-term working closely with Chang-Gung Memorial Hospital, the Formosa Plastics Group, and many other institutions to conduct work-study programs. The field of teaching and research focuses on artificial intelligence, 5G/6G communication, smart home, AI chip design, medical electronics, smart control, Internet of Things and other related fields of the electrical industry.
